Tool-free adjustability

Compression and rebound clickers on the top and bottom of each fork leg, rebound and high/low-speed compression on the shock — all by hand. A change takes the time it takes to twist them, between tests, not between weekends.

Built for maximum performance: throttle body injection for impressive torque with the high-revving two-stroke character kept, a compact case at 24.6 kg, shafts placed for mass centralisation, and a counter-balancer that takes the vibration out. Six speeds, DDS clutch on Brembo hydraulics.

A 72 mm bore with an electronic exhaust control that opens the lateral ports after the main port for maximum delivery, and a machined upper port contour for accurate timing.

Two injectors, one throttle

Throttle body

A 39 mm Keihin throttle body with two injectors — one low-load, one top-feed — placed to optimise flow for immediate response. Idle by the throttle valve, a position sensor for reliable cold starts, and the valve on ball bearings for a smoother pull.

Oil injection

An electronic oil pump below the tank feeds two-stroke oil into the throttle body, metered by the EMS to revs and load. The filler runs through the top frame tube to a cap you can reach — no measuring jugs at the fuel stop.

Clearance, not scrape marks

Exhaust

A header pipe designed in 3D for the model: unrestricted flow and more ground clearance over the roots and rocks that would dent it. The silencer sits on an aluminium bracket, built inside for noise damping and weight.

Cooling

CFD-designed aluminium radiators with a fan as standard for the slow, hot stuff, a large centre tube through the frame to keep the coolant flowing, an internal thermostat, and a threaded cap for the pre-ride check.

60 % polyamide, 40 % aluminium: cast aluminium lower spars and mounts for reliability, injection-moulded polyamide up top for a flex you can feel. Strength and durability at 1.8 kg.

Polished lightweight springs, mid-valve pistons that stop the oil foaming, and a one-piece hydrostop in the last 68 mm that keeps the front end driving when you land hard. Compression and rebound by hand, top and bottom of each leg.
