01.Faster and wiser

A square 72 × 72 mm two-stroke with injection, an electronic exhaust control and a balancer shaft.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Engine

Peak and torque

Engine

293.2 cm³, 57 hp, fuel-injected. The best mix of peak power and usable torque in the range, in a light engine that centralises its mass so the bike turns like a 250. An electronic exhaust control tailors the power in every gear, and the covers are marked for the gearbox oil level and the coolant drain — the 300 is as easy to keep as it is to ride fast.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Cylinder

Ports, electronically

Cylinder

With EFI, the traditional power valve gives way to an electronic exhaust control system that manages the port timing for strong, controllable power instead of one hit. Bore 72 mm, stroke 72 mm — a square engine, and it feels like it: torque from low down, and a top end that keeps going.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Crankshaft

Light, balanced

Crankshaft

The crank is built light for throttle response, and the rotating masses — crankshaft flywheel, rotor and counter balancer shaft — are balanced against each other rather than each on its own. The engine runs smooth without carrying dead weight to do it, and it picks up revs the way a two-stroke should.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Crankcases

Thin walls, strong case

Crankcases

High-pressure die-cast cases with thin walls for minimum weight, and the shaft arrangement placed for mass centralisation. Symmetrical engine mounts feed into the flex characteristics of the chassis, so the engine works as part of the frame rather than as a lump bolted into it.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Counter balancer shaft

No buzz

Counter balancer shaft

A laterally mounted counter balancer shaft takes the buzz out of the two-stroke. Less vibration through the bars and pegs means less arm pump, less numb hands, and a rider who is still sharp in the last five minutes of the moto — a smoother, more comfortable ride that shows up on the lap chart.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — DDS clutch

Hook up, hold on

DDS clutch

Dampened diaphragm steel clutch — a single diaphragm pressure plate instead of coil springs, with a damping system built in for traction and durability, all inside a CNC-machined steel basket. Compact engine, consistent lever feel, and plates that wear evenly.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Gearbox

Five, by Pankl

Gearbox

Five-speed gearbox made exclusively by Pankl Racing Systems for the highest level of durability and smooth, precise shifting. The gear-lever tip is shaped for leverage and does not pack with mud, so the box still shifts cleanly at the end of a wet moto — the way it did on the first lap.

02.Ride easier

The four-stroke chassis with a lighter engine in it — white chromoly, 1.8 kg subframe, WP XACT at both ends.

6 features
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Frame

White, and stable

Frame

Chromium-molybdenum steel with the material concentrated around the steering head and the upper shock mount — which is where corner-entry stability and confident handling come from. The rest of the frame flexes the way the WP settings expect it to. Finished in white powder coat, because a Husqvarna frame should look like one. Frame protectors keep the coating intact and give your boots something to grip.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Polyamide-reinforced subframe

1.8 kg at the back

Polyamide-reinforced subframe

Two-piece subframe, 60 % polyamide and 40 % aluminium, 1.8 kg all in. The lower spars and frame mounts are cast aluminium where the loads are; the upper section is injection-moulded polyamide with a defined flex. Light enough to notice, and it shrugs off a season of seat-bouncing.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — CNC triple clamps

Two ways to mount

CNC triple clamps

CNC-machined triple clamps with geometry worked out together with the frame and the suspension, keeping the fork legs perfectly aligned so they move the way WP intended. The bar clamp gives you two mounts — rubber-damped for less vibration, or fixed if you want the front end to talk to you.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — WP XACT fork

Air, closed cartridge

WP XACT fork

48 mm WP XACT closed-cartridge fork with a capsulated air spring and a pressurised oil chamber, 305 mm of travel. Oil and air bypasses trim the pressure peaks, mid-valve damping gives feedback you can read, and a hydrostop adds progressive damping in the last 40 mm. One air valve sets preload, hand clickers set compression and rebound, and the WP pump is in the box.

  • Ø 48 mm
  • 305 mmtravel
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — WP XACT shock

Set by hand

WP XACT shock

WP XACT monoshock with 293 mm of travel and a main piston shaped in CFD rather than by trial and error: plush at the start of the stroke, and it holds up when the track gets rough. Rebound and high- and low-speed compression are hand-adjustable, so a set-up change is a minute on the stand, not an afternoon.

  • 293 mmtravel
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Swingarm

22 mm axle

Swingarm

Die-cast swingarm with the rigidity calculated in, not guessed, and a 22 mm rear axle chosen to match the flex of the frame. The chain slider is built into the arm, so it is not the part that hooks a rut or falls off when the ruts get deep.

03.Effortless ergonomics

Bodywork you can grip, controls that keep working, and Brembo at both levers.

7 features
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Bodywork

Grip it with your knees

Bodywork

Bodywork built for the length of a moto, not a photo shoot. Smooth contact points in the rider triangle let you squeeze the bike with your legs instead of fighting it, which is where fatigue goes. The radiator shrouds carry in-mould graphics that do not peel, the seat is tall and wide for movement, and the high-grip cover keeps you forward under acceleration.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Airbox

Breathe in deep

Airbox

One-piece airbox, stiff enough not to deform under load, so the intake tract keeps the shape it was designed in and the engine gets an unrestricted feed without exposing the filter. The Twin Air filter comes out without tools — pull the left side panel, check, replace, done.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Brembo hydraulic clutch

Same bite, every lap

Brembo hydraulic clutch

Brembo hydraulic clutch. Free play is compensated automatically, so the bite point is in the same place cold, hot and after twenty hard laps, and the plates wear evenly. Near maintenance-free — and one less thing to fiddle with on the line.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Brembo brakes

260 up front

Brembo brakes

Brembo callipers machined from single pieces of aluminium front and rear, on a 260 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear, both cut to shed mud rather than pack it. Strong, consistent stopping in every condition, and a rear pedal built to survive being dragged through ruts.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — ProTaper handlebar

An exclusive bend

ProTaper handlebar

ProTaper aluminium bar in a bend developed with Husqvarna Motorcycles and used on nothing else. Ø 28/22 mm tapered, light, class-leading strength, and built to resist fatigue — the bar's and yours. Comfort at the bars is not a luxury; it is where the last five minutes of a moto are won or lost.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — ODI grips

No glue

ODI grips

ODI lock-on grips with the throttle mechanism built in, fitted without glue or safety wire — a grip change between motos is a two-minute job. Free play is adjusted at the throttle assembly, and you can swap cams for a quicker or slower throttle action to suit the rider and the track.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Footrests

Boot hold

Footrests

CFD-shaped footrests, extra wide for control when standing, on a narrower mounting in the frame layout. Less to catch on a deep rut, a take-off when scrubbing, or a trackside barrier — and a little less weight while it is at it. Boots stay where you put them, in the wet as well as the dry.

04.Master your art

D.I.D rims, Dunlop rubber, a 3D-modelled pipe and a tank that empties all the way.

4 features
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Wheels and tyres

Digging the dirt

Wheels and tyres

CNC-machined hubs and lightweight spokes on strong, black-anodised D.I.D alloy rims: strength and low unsprung mass, which is what lets the suspension do its job. Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, with the proven block-within-a-block pattern that keeps grip and control on hard-pack, loam and everything in between.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Exhaust system

Shaped in 3D

Exhaust system

The header pipe was shaped in 3D modelling for the best performance across the rev range, not just at peak, and kept compact so it clears deep ruts instead of being flattened by them. A two-stroke pipe is half the engine; this one is designed like it.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Cooling system

Stay cool

Cooling system

High-strength aluminium radiators with the airflow through them worked out in CFD. A large centre tube through the frame drops the pressure at that point for a steady coolant flow, and an internal thermostat keeps the temperature predictable when the track does not.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Fuel tank

7.2 litres

Fuel tank

7.2 litres, shaped into the bodywork with a rubber cushion underneath so the tank cannot chafe the frame. A one-piece fuel pump with an integrated filter lets the tank run further down before the engine notices, and the external fuel line is routed where it is hard to hit.

05.Technologically advanced

Injection, a starter button, two maps and a rollover sensor — the two-stroke, brought up to date.

6 features
2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Electronic fuel injection

No jets

Electronic fuel injection

Keihin 39 mm throttle body with a Vitesco ECU that reads the running condition constantly and delivers the right air/fuel ratio every time — no jetting, and no rich running on long climbs or descents thanks to the redesigned reed valve. Two maps on a handlebar switch, white for Map 1, green for Map 2.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Electric start

Press and go

Electric start

No kickstart at all — guaranteed, easy starting in any condition. A 12.8 V 2 Ah lithium-ion battery sits under the seat near the centre of gravity so it does not upset the handling, and the same handlebar switch starts and stops the engine. Stall in a rut, press, go.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Map switch

White or green

Map switch

Map 1 (white) is the standard: linear, predictable power. Map 2 (green) is sharper, with quicker throttle response and a more explosive delivery. One button on the handlebar-mounted switch toggles between them — on the line, in the gate, wherever.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — EMS

Small, light, fast

EMS

The engine management unit is small, light and quick at processing what the sensors tell it. Built in is a rollover sensor: go down hard and the ignition is cut and the engine stopped, so the bike is not running away from you on its side.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Hour meter

Count the hours

Hour meter

An hour meter with a fuel-level indicator built in, shown on the FI status LED. It counts the hours the service schedule is written in — so a team knows exactly where every bike is — and it warns you when the tank is getting low before the engine does.

2027 Husqvarna TC 300 — Start/stop switch

Thumb it

Start/stop switch

One combined start/stop switch on the right of the bar, thumb-operated. No separate kill button to break off in a crash or hit by accident when you are up on the pegs — start it, stop it, same switch. Simpler for the rider, and one less part on the bars to replace.
