FC 350

2027 · The smarter line.

The agility of a 250 with a power-to-weight ratio that keeps a 450 honest — 57 hp from 27.2 kg of engine, revving to 13,400 rpm. One of the most capable motocross bikes there is, and one of the easiest to ride at the limit. Available through NTG for teams and resellers, EU-wide.

01.Faster and wiser

57 hp from a 27.2 kg engine that revs to 13,400 — the middle ground that isn't a compromise.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Engine

The in-between, done right

Engine

349.7 cm³, 57 hp, 27.2 kg. The FC 350 is for riders who want 450 pace without 450 mass: it revs like a 250 and pulls like the big bike out of the turn, with every major component placed to centralise mass and calm the rear under power. Service markers (▲) on the cases show where the washers go, so maintenance is faster and harder to get wrong.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — DOHC cylinder head

Titanium, to 13,400

DOHC cylinder head

Twin-cam head with DLC-coated finger followers for minimal friction, working large titanium valves — 36.3 mm intake, 29.1 mm exhaust — for strong, usable power all the way to the 13,400 rpm limiter. The camshaft bearing bridge adds stiffness and makes servicing simpler.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Cylinder and piston

14.6 to 1

Cylinder and piston

88 mm bore, 57.5 mm stroke, in a high-strength aluminium cylinder with a CP forged bridged-box piston. Compression is 14.6:1 — torque out of the corner and peak power at the end of the straight. Valve guides and valve-shaft diameters were sized in CFD for the response.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Crankshaft

90 hours between

Crankshaft

A plain big-end bearing rotating on two force-fitted bearing shells, at the heart of a high-output, high-revving engine. It is the reason a 13,400 rpm four-stroke can carry a 90-hour service interval — reliability and durability designed in, not hoped for, and fewer rebuilds on the team calendar.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Crankcases

Thin walls, strong case

Crankcases

High-pressure die-cast cases that put every shaft exactly where mass centralisation wants it, for the best possible handling. Thin walls, high strength, lowest possible weight — the crankcase is part of how the bike handles and how much of it you have to lift out of a rut, not just a box for the gears.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — DS clutch

Steel, single piece

DS clutch

A diaphragm steel clutch: one diaphragm pressure plate instead of a set of coil springs, in a basket CNC-machined from a single piece of steel with thin steel liners. It is the same durable clutch design as the FC 450, and it is what keeps the engine as narrow as it is.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Gearbox

Five, by Pankl

Gearbox

Pankl Racing Systems five-speed with proven motocross ratios and a 24:72 primary — light, durable, and precise. A quickshifter sensor is integrated into the shift drum: press QS on the map switch and upshifts go through clean under full load.

02.Ride easier

White chromoly, a 1.8 kg subframe, and a WP XACT air fork with the pump in the box.

6 features
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Frame

White, and stable

Frame

Chromium-molybdenum steel with the material concentrated around the steering head and the upper shock mount — which is where corner-entry stability and confident handling come from. The rest of the frame flexes the way the WP settings expect it to. Finished in white powder coat, because a Husqvarna frame should look like one. Frame protectors keep the coating intact and give your boots something to grip.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Polyamide-reinforced subframe

1.8 kg at the back

Polyamide-reinforced subframe

Two-piece subframe, 60 % polyamide and 40 % aluminium, 1.8 kg all in. The lower spars and frame mounts are cast aluminium where the loads are; the upper section is injection-moulded polyamide with a defined flex. Light enough to notice, and it shrugs off a season of seat-bouncing.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — CNC triple clamps

Two ways to mount

CNC triple clamps

CNC-machined triple clamps with geometry worked out together with the frame and the suspension, keeping the fork legs perfectly aligned so they move the way WP intended. The bar clamp gives you two mounts — rubber-damped for less vibration, or fixed if you want the front end to talk to you.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — WP XACT fork

Air, closed cartridge

WP XACT fork

48 mm WP XACT closed-cartridge fork with a capsulated air spring and a pressurised oil chamber, 305 mm of travel. Oil and air bypasses trim the pressure peaks, mid-valve damping gives feedback you can read, and a hydrostop adds progressive damping in the last 40 mm. One air valve sets preload, hand clickers set compression and rebound, and the WP pump is in the box.

  • Ø 48 mm
  • 305 mmtravel
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — WP XACT shock

Set by hand

WP XACT shock

WP XACT monoshock with 293 mm of travel and a main piston shaped in CFD rather than by trial and error: plush at the start of the stroke, and it holds up when the track gets rough. Rebound and high- and low-speed compression are hand-adjustable, so a set-up change is a minute on the stand, not an afternoon.

  • 293 mmtravel
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Swingarm

22 mm axle

Swingarm

Die-cast swingarm built for a calculated rigidity, with a 22 mm rear axle chosen to match the flex of the frame. The revised chain slider lasts longer, and the chain guide is shaped so it is less likely to catch on a rut or a tuff block.

03.Effortless ergonomics

Bodywork you can grip, controls that keep working, and Brembo at both levers.

7 features
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Bodywork

Grip it with your knees

Bodywork

Bodywork designed for a rider to perform for the length of a moto. Larger contact points and surfaces in the rider triangle mean comfort, and comfort means less fatigue in the last ten minutes. A higher, wider seat lets you move; the revised tank shrouds and a high-grip cover keep you planted under hard acceleration.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Airbox

Breathe in deep

Airbox

One-piece airbox, stiff enough not to deform under load, so the intake tract keeps the shape it was designed in and the engine gets an unrestricted feed without exposing the filter. The Twin Air filter comes out without tools — pull the left side panel, check, replace, done.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Brembo hydraulic clutch

Same bite, every lap

Brembo hydraulic clutch

Brembo hydraulic clutch. Free play is compensated automatically, so the bite point is in the same place cold, hot and after twenty hard laps, and the plates wear evenly. Near maintenance-free — and one less thing to fiddle with on the line.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Brembo brakes

260 up front

Brembo brakes

Brembo callipers machined from single pieces of aluminium front and rear, on a 260 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear, both cut to shed mud rather than pack it. Strong, consistent stopping in every condition, and a rear pedal built to survive being dragged through ruts.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — ProTaper handlebar

An exclusive bend

ProTaper handlebar

ProTaper aluminium bar in a bend developed with Husqvarna Motorcycles and used on nothing else. Ø 28/22 mm tapered, light, class-leading strength, and built to resist fatigue — the bar's and yours. Comfort at the bars is not a luxury; it is where the last five minutes of a moto are won or lost.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — ODI grips

No glue

ODI grips

ODI lock-on grips with the throttle mechanism built in, fitted without glue or safety wire — a grip change between motos is a two-minute job. Free play is adjusted at the throttle assembly, and you can swap cams for a quicker or slower throttle action to suit the rider and the track.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Footrests

Boot hold

Footrests

CFD-shaped footrests, extra wide for control when standing, on a narrower mounting in the frame layout. Less to catch on a deep rut, a take-off when scrubbing, or a trackside barrier — and a little less weight while it is at it. Boots stay where you put them, in the wet as well as the dry.

04.Master your art

Excel rims, Dunlop rubber, a black-coated silencer and a tank that empties all the way.

4 features
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Wheels and tyres

Digging the dirt

Wheels and tyres

CNC-machined hubs and lightweight spokes on high-strength, black-anodised Excel Takasago rims: strength and low unsprung mass, which is what lets the suspension do its job. Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres, with the block-within-a-block pattern that keeps grip and control on hard-pack, loam and everything in between.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Exhaust system

Short and quiet

Exhaust system

A flow-designed resonance chamber in a two-piece header, kept as compact as possible so the system comes off without dropping the shock. The silencer is short and efficient, moving weight towards the centre of gravity while keeping the noise down — the power stays, the decibels do not. A black coating on the silencer finishes it.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Cooling system

Stay cool

Cooling system

High-strength aluminium radiators with the airflow through them worked out in CFD. A large centre tube through the frame drops the pressure at that point for a steady coolant flow, and an internal thermostat keeps the temperature predictable when the track does not.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Fuel tank

7.2 litres

Fuel tank

7.2 litres, shaped into the bodywork with an updated rubber cushion underneath so the tank cannot chafe the frame. A one-piece fuel pump with an integrated filter lets the tank run further down before the engine notices, and the external fuel line is routed where it is hard to hit.

05.Technologically advanced

Maps, traction, launch and quickshift on one switch, and a button where the kickstart used to be.

8 features
2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Map Select Switch

One switch

Map Select Switch

One handlebar switch runs the electronics: two engine maps, traction control, the quickshifter, and launch control. Set the bike up for the track in front of you, race by race, without a laptop or a trip back to the van.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Quickshifter

Clutchless upshifts

Quickshifter

Press QS on the map switch and the engine cuts the ignition for a fraction of a second on every upshift. A sensor on the shift drum reads the force on the lever and tells the ECU — clutchless, full-throttle changes without a hiccup. Active from second gear up, so no false neutrals off the line.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Traction control

Spin into drive

Traction control

Press TC and the EMS compares your throttle input with how fast the revs rise. If the rpm climbs faster than the rear wheel can use, it registers a loss of grip and trims the power until it hooks up again. In the wet, in mud, or on a hard-pack start straight, it turns wheelspin into drive.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Launch control

First to the turn

Launch control

At idle, press TC and QS together. The symbols flash, and the ECU limits power to the rear wheel until you change gear — enough to keep the front down and the rear driving through the first thirty metres. The quickshifter is disabled while launch control is active, so nothing surprises you before the first turn.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Mapping

White or green

Mapping

Two maps built in: Map 1 (white) is linear and predictable, Map 2 (green) is sharper and more explosive. Neither is a compromise — one suits a slick, hard track, the other suits sand and deep loam. Switch on the bars.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Hour meter

Count the hours

Hour meter

An hour meter with a fuel-level indicator built in, shown on the FI status LED. It counts the hours the service schedule is written in — so a team knows exactly where every bike is — and it warns you when the tank is getting low before the engine does.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Start/stop switch

Thumb it

Start/stop switch

One combined start/stop switch on the right of the bar, thumb-operated. No separate kill button to break off in a crash or hit by accident when you are up on the pegs — start it, stop it, same switch. Simpler for the rider, and one less part on the bars to replace.

2027 Husqvarna FC 350 — Electric start

Press and go

Electric start

Like every four-stroke in the Husqvarna motocross range, the FC 350 starts on a button. The lithium-ion 2.0 Ah battery is light enough that the convenience costs you nothing on the scales — and a stall on lap twelve costs you two seconds, not the moto.
