Hard luggage, soft bags, a pillion or both: a compact, lightweight steel trellis subframe strong enough to carry passenger and luggage under all conditions, paved road and beyond.

Inspired by the Factory Racing rally machines: an integrated LED headlight with standard fog lights in a slim front cowl for stability at speed, a daytime running ring for visibility, and LED indicators.

Gearbox

A six-speed sequential gearbox with ratios from walking pace to highway speed, short lever travel, light spring action and the standard Easy Shift quickshifter. The teeth of 4th, 5th and 6th are glass-bead blasted for reliability.

PASC clutch

The power assist slipper clutch maximises rear-wheel grip under full acceleration and prevents hopping on fast downshifts or hard braking into a turn — and reduces the hand effort as the throttle opens. Less fatigue, longer days.

Stability on bad roads

Steering damper

Stability on harsh street surfaces and sudden bumps, with easy bar control offroad; the frame has provision for a high-performance adjustable offroad damper.

An electronically controlled throttle for perfect power delivery and instant response in any weather or temperature — working with the sensors to tell the engine management exactly what is required. No throttle cable to maintain.

Ride modes & MTC

Three pre-set modes with throttle response, traction control, ABS and peak power tailored to each, and the Explorer mode for a personal setting with nine levels of slip adjust. Cornering MTC is lean-angle sensitive and intervenes seamlessly; switch it off to drift the rear and lift the front at will.

Up and down, clutchless

Easy Shift

A sensor on the gear lever tells the ECU to match the engine for a fuss-free change at any revs or load — shorter shift times, a smoother ride, better rear traction, and both hands on the bars.

Rear off, front reduced

Offroad ABS

Offroad mode disables ABS at the rear and reduces it at the front, with the lean-angle sensor out of the calculation — lock the rear into tight corners and under acceleration out of them, brake later and harder, feel the terrain.

Set it, look up

Cruise control

Cruise control from the bar switches for the long clear stretches — and for staying under the limit. A height-adjustable two-piece seat with grip and comfort, and a tapered aluminium bar with six mounting positions over a 30 mm range.
