The powerplant responsible for twelve Dakar victories: the SOHC 450 cc four-stroke, engineered for long, hard, fast stages. For 2027 a SOHC head with four titanium valves on DLC-coated rockers, a reinforced clutch and gearbox and the latest injection — Keihin EMS and a 44 mm throttle body with rally-specific mappings. Two independent radiators for cooling efficiency, and a backup if one is damaged.

A 48 mm WP XACT PRO 7548 closed-cartridge Cone Valve fork and a fully adjustable WP XACT PRO 7750 shock — improved damping and higher bottoming reserves. The shock works through a proven linkage on a hollow die-cast aluminium swingarm optimised for stiffness at minimum weight; the hydro-formed, laser-cut, hand-welded chromoly frame carries calculated flex for feedback and straight-line stability, and the rear 16-litre tank doubles as the subframe.
